What products are supported with direct connection Bluetooth?
At the time of launch, products supported to connect directly to Logi Dock are Zone Wireless and Zone True Wireless.
You cannot have a phone and wireless headsets paired at the same time to Logi Dock. Wireless headsets will need to be connected directly to a mobile phone in this case.

Devices connected to Logi Dock are not recognized by computer
If your USB peripheral is not recognized by Logi Dock, please perform the following steps:
- Plug and unplug the peripherals and check Device Settings on your computer to confirm recognition
- Plug and unplug Logi Dock
- If these steps do not resolve the issue, please use the "Contact Us" button on the left-hand menu to connect with a ProSupport agent
Can I pair other vendor headsets to Logi Dock via Bluetooth?
Only Logitech certified headsets can connect to Logi Dock via Bluetooth. At the time of launch, products supported to connect directly to Logi Dock are Zone Wireless and Zone True Wireless.

Best location for peripheral dongles on Logi Dock
Peripheral dongles should be placed in a port with as much of a clear line of sight to the device as possible.
Capabilities using a USB-C to USB-A adapter on computers without a USB type C port
A USB-C to USB-A adapter will:
- Allow speakerphone functionality
- Act as a USB hub
- Allow transmission of USB data
A USB-C to USB-A adapter will not:
- Provide charging functionality
- Provide external display support
Acceptable distance between Logi Dock and connected peripherals
The recommended setup is to be 1 meter (3.3 feet) or less from Logi Dock
Connecting a computer and mobile phone to Logi Dock simultaneously
Music playing through one device, but not the other will cause both audio signals to play through Logi Dock simultaneously
Answering an incoming call during a video call will cause the audio stream to come from the new call
