This article describes how to add a Rally Bar in appliance mode to your admin console in the Logitech Sync portal for remote management and monitoring.

Creating a Logitech Sync tenant

Accessing Rally Bar on-device settings

After your Sync tenant is created, you can sign in it from the Rally Bar for remote management and monitoring of this device. To do that, open Rally Bar’s on-device settings using one of the three options:

• Option 1 - Zoom Rooms interface: In Zoom Rooms control interface, go to Settings > General > System settings

For other platforms, use the following options:

• Option 2 - Rally Bar remote control: Press and hold the “Hang up” button on the Rally Bar’s remote control for about 10 seconds
• Option 3 - Rally Bar’s Bluetooth pairing button: Press three times the Bluetooth pairing button on the Rally Bar’s back panel

Option 1 - Zoom Rooms interface

Go to Settings > General > System settings. You will be prompted for a passcode that is defined by your IT administrator for the Zoom Rooms account.

Option 2 - Rally Bar remote control

Press and hold the “Hang up” button on the Rally Bar’s remote control for about 10 seconds.

Option 3 - Rally Bar’s Bluetooth pairing button

Press the Bluetooth pairing button on the Rally Bar’s back panel quickly three times.

Adding Rally Bar to Sync Portal

After you enter the Rally Bar’s on-device settings, press the Sync Portal button. Notice that this button has a blue round indicator at the top right corner, the blue color means that this Rally Bar is not signed into Sync:

Select Connection on the left and then click on Connect to Sync Portal on the right:

Enter your Sync credentials:

After you successfully sign in, Rally Bar will show Connection status as Connected:

The small round indicator at the top right corner of the Sync Portal button on the settings main page will change its color to green to indicate that this Rally Bar is signed into Sync:
