Why is my product not detected?

Logi Tune supports only the following products:
Webcams: C920e, C920c, C925e, C930e and Brio
Headsets: Zone Wireless, Zone Wireless Plus, Zone Wired

If you are using one of the the above listed products and are still having an issue, please contact our support team or report the issue within the Tune app by going to Settings>Feedback.
