Group remote control is not moving camera or functions are not working

 If the remote control is not working properly:
 

• Check batteries of remote control
• Try the controls on the base of the speakerphone to ensure the camera and speakerphone are responding to the functions.
• If you have another GROUP, try the remote control from that unit.
• If the remote still does not appear to be working properly, contact technical support.
