When a firmware update is available for your camera, you’ll be able to download a firmware application tool from Logitech. When launched, this tool will upgrade the camera firmware. You can check for firmware updates on the PTZ Pro 2 Downloads page.
NOTE: Before you update, make sure the camera driver has been completely installed and isn’t in use by other applications.
