Known issues with the Skype plug-in and the Microsoft Lync client

The Answer and Hang-up buttons on the speakerphone base and remote won't function when you use Skype and have an active Microsoft Lync client running.

To avoid this issue, make sure you exit out of the Lync client completely before making or receiving a call with Skype.
