Logitech MeetUp ConferenceCam is not immediately ready to use when first connected

Whenever you connect a new device to a Windows computer, the operating system confirms the device details and determines what drivers need to be installed. 

Your MeetUp ConferenceCam uses UVC drivers and it can take some time to make sure the best drivers are selected and installed. Once Windows installs the drivers, you can use MeetUp with your video and/or audio streaming application of choice.
