Pan and tilt stops working while changing direction on Logitech Rally Camera

If Rally Camera stops moving while you're using the pan or tilt buttons to change direction:

• First, make sure you release the button and then press it again to resume camera movement.
• If you still cannot pan the camera, unplug and replug the USB connection to reboot the device.
