If you're having trouble with the microphone on your speakerphone, try the following:

Make sure your speakerphone is selected as the audio-input device for your computer (see your computer's documentation for help).

Check that your speakerphone is selected as the input device in your softphone or chat application settings.

Adjust the microphone volume on your computer, softphone or chat application.

Verify that the microphone isn't set to "Mute" in either your operating system's audio settings, softphone or chat application.

Be sure your speakerphone isn't set to "Mute".
