Sync Single Sign-On Setup

Sync supports the use of Single Sign-On with most SAML 2.0 based authentication providers such as Azure AD and Okta. If you would like to request SSO enablement for your organization you can request this directly from Sync Portal. You can find the form under System -> Account.

Upon requesting SSO enablement, we will ask which domain you would like it enabled and what authentication provider you use. After that, we’ll take care of the next steps. We’ll reach out to you directly with instructions on how to proceed with the enablement. We want to make sure it works as you expect before moving your organization over to SSO.
