My headset indicator light is behaving abnormally

Try performing a hardware reset with your headset. Here's how:

1. Press and hold the power/Multi-Functional Button (MFB) for longer than 10 seconds.
2. The indicator LED and the headset will turn off.
3. Turn the headset on again and verify that the indicator LED is back to normal.
