How do I upgrade my firmware and what platforms do you support?

We support firmware update tools for both Windows and Mac platforms.  When a firmware upgrade is available for your camera or speakerphone, you'll be able to download a firmware application tool from Logitech.  Check the C930e Download page for the latest firmware upgrades.  In addition, Windows Update, Microsoft’s tool for automatically updating the Windows operating system, will also provide firmware updates, if Windows Update is turned on.
