How do I send a RoomMate bug report to Logitech?

Please contact your local reseller or salesperson for details on spare part availability.

Simply press the Reset button on RoomMate 3 times quickly and RoomMate will generate a bug report and send it to Logitech if an internet connection is present. Additionally, you can select “Report an Issue” in the About menu in Logitech Settings.
