Rally is compatible with most mobile clients, supporting HFP Version 1.6 Bluetooth profiles. Please check your mobile phone or other device’s specifications for compatibility. If you are compatible and it’s still not pairing, unplug and replug Rally, reset your phone’s Bluetooth settings to the device and try again. Make sure you have the latest firmware on Rally system. If you still experience issues, please contact technical support.
